Ranya Doleh
Ranya is an Emirati educated in Dubai, England and Canada. She has degrees in Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, Bachelor of Arts Honours in Literature and Master of Arts in Shakespearean Literature. Returning from Canada in 1997, Ranya immediately started working for one of the most successful local business houses in the Gulf – The Al-Futtaim Group, where she started her career as the Public Relations Executive.
Developing her skills in strategic communication strategies with the plethora of brands under the Al-Futtaim Group, Ranya quickly rose to Public Relations Manager running a team of five.
Making her mark at the Al-Futtaim Group soon led to her being head hunted by the Ruler’s Office to run the Public Relations Department for the Dubai Racing Club as a Senior PR and Marketing Director.
After five years establishing the Dubai Racing Club and the Dubai World Cup on the global stage, Ranya took time out to have a family. In 2004 she established Siren Consulting with Claire.
Claire Stapley
Claire is a British national who holds a BA HONS in International Marketing and German and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. After completing her degree, Claire initially worked in London for a Direct Marketing Agency. After one year she decided she wanted to work abroad and, when on a holiday in Dubai, met Ranya and was soon working with Ranya as her PR Executive at the Al-Futtaim Group. Once Ranya had left for the Dubai World Cup, Claire stepped into her shoes as the PR Manager, running the department for five years.
During her time at the Al-Futtaim Group Claire also developed her journalistic skills and produced numerous articles for lifestyle and business magazines as a freelance journalist.
Always looking for the next challenge, Claire approached Ranya and together they established Siren Consulting.
Claire is currently pursuing her accreditation as a Life/Executive Coach .
Claire and Ranya’s dynamic mix and experience in the market ensures an effective communication strategy is tailor-made to each individual client, which in turn produces effective results.
